Position: Sustainability operations intern

🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Implement processes to enhance toys' cleaning productivity and improve operations efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct data analysis to optimise processes and measure environmental footprint
- Develop creative solutions to improve customer experience and support our company’s growth
- Coordinate the launch of new toy boxes and contribute to marketing campaigns
⭐ Experience
& Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, sustainability, supply chain or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English. Good command of German and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
